Refund Policy

DECODED® will issue a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the program start date by notifying us in writing at [email protected]

If a course is canceled by DECODED® for any reason, all registrants will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days.

Rescheduling & Make-Good Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Our goal is to offer flexible options while maintaining the quality and integrity of our training sessions.

Rescheduling by the Participant

• Notice Requirement: Participants may reschedule their registration for a live training session if written notice is provided at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
• How to Reschedule: Email your request to [email protected] with the subject line: “Reschedule Request – [Training Name].”
• Rescheduling Window: Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling by the Organizer

• In rare cases, we may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues).
• If we initiate the reschedule, participants will be offered:
• First-choice priority for the next available date, or
• The option to transfer registration to another eligible training course of equal value within six months.

Make-Good Sessions

If a participant experiences a verified technical failure or other disruption that prevents full participation:

• Partial Attendance (Over 50% Attended): We will provide access to recorded materials or supplemental resources covering missed content.
• Significant Attendance Loss (50% or Less Attended): We will offer one complimentary seat in the next live session of the same training, or a training credit of equal value valid for six months.

Non-Transferability

• Rescheduling and make-good credits are valid only for the original registrant and cannot be transferred to another person unless expressly approved in writing.
